Precaution and Treatment of Iodine Contrast Medium's Side Effect by MSCT Enhancement Scanning

Objective:Research the prevention and treatment of side reaction to iodine contrast medium in CT enhancement.Method:Use 64-line VCT and inject iodine contrast medium with pressure injector.Result:The side reaction incidence rates of non ionic contrast medium is lower than that of ionic contrast medium,and treat two sorts of side reactions according to their symptoms.Conclusion:attach importance to the safety problems of using iodine contrast medium and lower side reaction incidence rate and death rate through effective prevention,proper treatment and correct choice of iodine contrast medium.
