Abstract
Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PCa) is one type of pancreatic malignant tumor with worst prognosis. The incidence is increasing whereas the overall survival has altered little in recent years. Exairesis can be the key method to improve the survival rate of the patients. Computed tomography(CT) is the preferred tool to determine the respectability of this cancer. With the development of multi-detector row helical CT, the detection rate of the resectable pancreatic cancers has been improved more greatly than before. This review focuses on the new advances in detection of resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma with CT, which may be helpful for the clinical diagnosis and therapy.
