Abstract
Objective: To analyze the imaging features of the hemangiopericytoma in orbit on CT and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Conducive to clinical make a correct diagnosis betbre surgery. Methods: Retrospectively analyze the image data (CT and MRI plain scanning and MRI multi-phases dynamic enhancement scanning) of one cases of hemangiopericytoma with surgically and pathologically confirmed. Results: hemangiopericytoma showed isopycnic in CT pre-contrast scan. On MRI, hemangiopericytoma isointensity on Tl-weighted images, hyperintense on STIR T2-weighted images and intense enhancement on postcontrast were seen. Conclusion: Use of various imaging methods can improve the understanding of hemangiopericytoma in orbit, to make an accurate diagnosis.
