Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of three-dimensional cerebral vessel reconstruction base on Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography in diagnose and treatment of non-proliferative cerebral vascular malformation. Methods 148 cases non-proliferative cerebral vascular malformation diagnosed definitely from May 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All these patients accepted Multi-slice Spiral CT angiography scan and cerebral malformed vessel reconstruction. The finding would be further comparative analyzed with DSA and operation results. Results 102 cases aneurysm,31 cases arteriovenous shunts,10 cases venous malformation,1case telangiectasis and 4 cases cavernous hemangioma were found.130 cases of cerebral vascular malformation MSCTA findings were identical to the DSA and operation results, and the accuracy rate of was 87.8%(130/148).Conclusions As a simple, reliable and non-invasive technique,MSCTA and volume rendering have high clinical value for diagnosing the non-proliferative cerebral vascular malformation.
