  • Objective:To investigate the application of GSI(Gemstone Spectral Imaging) in diagnosising the homology of abdominal multiple lesions. Methods:To collect information of ten patients with abdominal multiple lesions confirmed by operation pathology or follow-up.Retrospective analysis of abdominal multiple lesions, including the liver, stomach, adrenal, celiac lymph node metastasis of the GSI.The region of interest(ROIs) were drawn on 5 mm diameter. All the cases were analyzed with GSI viewer using different parameters of CT spectral imaging, such as spectral HU curve, histogram and GSI scatter plot.Put the three kinds image into match, part of the match and doesn't agree with.By compare the parameters,to find the regularity to diagonsis the homology of lesions. Results:The spectral HU curve, histogram and GSI scatter plot of original tumor and metastases of malignant tumor was consistent with each other, that pointing out the original tumor and metastases are homologous.Energy spectrum image of the homologous multiple benign lesions is also similar, such as haemangioma. It is helpful to diagnosis. Conclusion:The gemstone spectral CT can been an effective way to diagnosis the homology of abdominal multiple lesions initially.
