  • In this paper, we discussed that same material distribute on the different slice images but show different grey after the three-dimensional reconstruction in the Industrial CT. It is because there is different thickness of Workpiece outside the same material .It had bad influence at the quality of visualization. So we developed the algorithm of the adjusted CT image sequence’s grey. Firstly, according to information about the composing materials, we construct judgment model of inner structure consistency. Secondly, we judge the consistency insidethe workpiece by iterative solution. Finally, we make use of VTK toolkit to verify. The result of algorithm experiment show that the algorithm of the adjusted CT image sequence’s grey and the quality of visualization areaccepted.
