Abstract
Objective: To identify the differential diagnosis value of CT in the pancreatic and pancreatic periph cystic disease. Methods: The CT features of surgery and pathology proved pancreatic cystic disease in 71 patient were reviewed retrospectively, and were comparatively studied with the results of operation and pathology. All patients received CT pre- and post- contrast scanning. Results: Among the patients 18 cases of pseudocysts, 7 cases of congenital cyst, 9 cases of choledochal cyst, 4 cases of angiolymphoma,11 cases of Serous cystadenoma, 8 cases of mucinous cystic tumor,6 cases of intraductal papillary mucinous tumor,8 cases of pancreatic carcinoma of cystic lesions. Conclusion: Mastering the CT features of pancreatic and pancreatic periph cystic disease may give rise to the differential diagnosis, which is useful to the clinical decision.
