  • Objective To discuss the value of Multi-slice Spiral Computed Tomography(MSCT) in the diagnosis of facial fracture, intra-articular fracture and spinal fracture. Material and methods 29 cases patients with complicated fracture were examined with GE Light speed Plus MSCT, and performed image processing with ADW4.0 workstation. Results MSCT can display the anatomy and pathological states of the complicated fracture clearly, Its display of eclipse fracture and the displacement is better than other image examination. Conclusion MSCT has obvious advantage in the examination of complicated site fracture.
