Value of Enhanced Scanning Techniques with Multi-slice Helical CT for Liver

<b<Purpose:</b< To evaluate the value of enhanced scanning techniques with multislice helical CT for liver. <b<Material and Method:</b< 231 cases enhanced scanning of liver were performed and the injection volume of contrast agent is 1.2mL/kg with the rate of 2.5 ml/s~3.0mL/s. <b<Result:</b< 201(201/231) cases of liver neoplasms were displayed well during hepatic arterial phase and portal phase,3 cases of liver injury were observed in parenchymal phase. <b<Conclusion:</b< the satisfactory images can be obtained with the appropriate scanning parameters and scanning techniques.
