Diagnosis Value of MR Hydrography Cholangio-pancreas-tomography in Biliary Lesion

<b<Objective</b< To study the diagnostic Value of MR evaluate clinical Cholangio-pancreatography in the Biliary Lesion. <b<Methods</b< MRCP were performed in 66 cases ues a heavy T<sub<2</sub< Weighted MR hydrography technique, the images were post-processed by three dimensional maximum intensity projection and three dimensional surface shaded display. <b<Results</b< The accuracy of MRCP for evaluating this disease was 100%,and for the cause of disease was 86.6%. <b<Conclusion</b< The diagnostic value of MRCP for choledo-lithiasis, malignant bile duct obstruction and congenital common bile duct cyst is superior to that of other imaging examinations.
