  • In this paper, we describe the relationship between the reconstruction error and the locus radius. Based on this relationship we fomulate our new algorithm. Numerical simulations are done to evalute its performance and show that the new algorithm can get more accurate reconstruction than algorithms of the same kind Finally, we discuss the shortcomings of this kind of algorithms.
