Abstract
Objective : To improve the recognization of phthisical CT findings in diabetes. Methods : 22 cases pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes,their CT findings were analyzed in details. Results : 22 cases Phthisical CT findings were:① focus of infection displayed folial confluence of multi-segment or big lamellar(19/22,86.4%);② phthisis miliaris(3/22,13.6%);③ focus of infection displayed multi-segment distribution(17/22,77.3%);④ maybe to take place few vid location(6/22,27.3%);⑤ cavitas(16/22,72.7%);⑥ to accompany with pleural effussion(3/22,13.6%),fiber trabs or calcification(it was satellite),nodus(6/22,27.2%),and mediastinal or hilar lymphadenectasis(3/22,13.6%).After treatment,the pathological changes were absorbed gradually in majority cases(14/22,63.6%),without obvious absorption or aggravation in part cases(6/22,27.3%),pathogenetic condition showed up repeatedly in part cases(2/22,9.1%). Conclusion : On the basis of clinic and CT findings,pulmonary tuberculosis can be diagnosed in diabetes.
