Ulrich Contrast Medium Injector in 64 Row of Spiral CT Inspection Application

Objective: The use of Ulrich contrast medium injector has changed the concept of injection, it makes 64 row of spiral CT to be high speed, high effective and more security during check process by its simple and direct operation, the accurate and reasonable contrast medium dosage. Method: American GE Lightspeed VCT 64 row of spiral CT machine, German Ulrich Missouri (XD 2,001) the contrast medium injector. 577 patients who experience the carries on the CT enhancement scanning. Result: When supposing the injection dosage and the speed carries on the enhancement scanning in advance, 574 examples (99.48%) obtain the smooth inspection and qualitative picture, 3 examples (0.52%) inspect in the process to create other factor influences the inspection to suspend, smoothly completes the inspection after temporary processing. Conclusion: Uses the Ulrich contrast medium injector, the ease of operation, the injection speed accurately, the contrast medium amount used were few, reduced the contrast medium injection risk, improved the image quality, was a good match for 64 row of spiral CT.
