  • To satisfy the need of blade geometry inspection and deviation analysis of aero-engine,a non-rigid registration algorithm based on deformation function is proposed.Firstly,measure data was translated based on the global registration results of measure data and CAD model.Second,through slicing the global translated measure data and CAD model and aligning the slicing data to analyze the blade blend and twist deformation law,and achieve the goal of torsion deformation correcting and increase the precision of registration.
