Comparison of Four MR Scanning Sequence for Liver

  • 摘要: 目的探讨肝脏MR扫描序列的最佳选择。方法对29例患者采用四种(SE、FLASH、Tse11,Tse23)扫描序列进行肝脏MR扫描,测量和计算图像的信噪比(SNR)和对比度噪声比(CNR),同时对影像进行视觉评价。结果FLASH和TSE23序列优片率高于SE和Tse11序列:T1加权像中FLASH序列的SNR和CNR均优于SE序列;T2加权像中Tse23序列的SNR和CNR均不及Tse11序列。结论肝脏MR扫描FLASH序列可作为首选,Tse23序列作为辅助使用。

     

    Abstract: Purpose: To study the best MR sequence for liver examination. Methods: Scanning 29 patient's liver with four sequence (SEMSH, Tse11, Tse23),measure and calculate Ihe SNR and CNRmeanwhile evaluate the images with vision. Results: The first-string film ratio of FLASH and Tse23 aresuperior to that of SE and Tse11 sequence; On T1 weighted images, the SNR and CNR of FLASH is superiorto that of SE sequence,on T2 weighted images, the SNR and CNR of Tse23 is lower than Tse11 saquence.Conclusion : The FLASH sequence is the first choice for liver MR examination and the Tse23 sequence canassist it to get more information.
