CT Different Diagnosis of Renal Tumor

  • 摘要: 目的是探讨肾肿瘤的鉴别诊断。采用的材料与方法是对27例肾肿瘤的CT征象进行分析。结果表明肾癌9例,肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤7例,肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤恶变1例,恶性淋巴瘤并 右肾侵犯1例,肾盂癌1例,肾盏癌2例,肾嗜酸性细胞 2例,肾母细胞瘤3例,肾恶性血管外皮细胞瘤1例。结论为各种肾肿瘤都有其特征性的CT征象,CT扫描可以对大部分肾肿瘤做出鉴别诊断。

     

    Abstract: Purpose: To investigate CT differential diagnosis of renal tumor. Materials and Methods: CT manifestations of renal tumor were. analysed in 27 patients, Results: renal carcinoma 9 cases. Angio-myolipoma 7 cases, malignant lymphoma 1 case. Angiomyolipoma 7 cases, malignant lymphoma 1 case. Angiomyolipoma malignant change. 1 case, renal pelvic carcinoma 1 case calyces renal carcinoma 2 cases, renal oncocytoma 2 cases, nephroblastoma 3 cases, renal malignant enterier hemangioma 1 case. Conclusion: There are characteristic CT manifestations in every renal tumor. The CT scaning can different diagnosis to the greater part of renal tumors.
