The Testing Method Research of Industry Computed Tomography for Welding Products

  • 摘要: 目的 研究工业CT对钎焊焊接试样内缺陷的检测灵敏度。方法 运用工业CT对发动机钎焊产品质量的检测方法。结果 工业CT方法也适用于焊缝内部质量的检测。结论 可通过提高工业CT的空间分辨率以增强系统对缺陷的检测灵敏度。

     

    Abstract: Objective The flaw detection sensitivity of industrial computed tomography to welding sample was studied. Methods The welding product was analyzed by ICT method. Conclusion This method can strengthen the system space sensitivity pass that exaltation industry CT distinguish the rate then to examination blemish the intelligent degree.
