Abstract: <b<Objective</b< To evaluate the values of the spiral CT in the lymph node lesions in neck <b<Methods</b< CT studies of 53 patients with pathologically-proved the lymph node lesions in neck were retrospectively analyzed. <b<Results</b< The main performance of 7 cases lymphoma is to involves more than two lymph node cent area in the 6 cases and to implicate with the lymph node in other part of 6 cases, lymphous nodes fusion conglobation is 4 cases. It is more solid node and to enhance with the even. The main performance of 39 cases metastatic cancer is 10 cases of the single area metastasis and the more than two lymph node cent area metastasis are 29 cases. There is lymph nodes metastatic cancer of 25 patients in 39 cases with other part and lymph nodes fusion conglobation is 13 cases. 21 patients of 39 cases appear the lymph node outside Infringe upon. 32 patients contain different degree enhancement. 7 cases lymphous tubercle are 4 cases of the single area and 3 cases of the double area. 2/7 cases lymphous tubercle Involve in the other part. There are calcifies in 5/7 cases of the lymphous tubercle. There is exudation changes in the lymphoid knot surroundings in 3/7 cases of the lymphous tubercle. <b<Conclusion</b< The spiral CT has the important value to the diagnosis of lymphatic gland lesions in neck..
