  • 摘要: 目的 探索周围型小肺癌的多层螺旋CT征象,评价肺癌的多层螺旋CT诊断准确性。 方法 对40例经病理证实的周围型小肺癌多层螺旋CT片进行回顾性分析研究。 结果 40例周围型小肺癌中,腺癌32例、鳞癌5例、小细胞癌3例.。周围型小肺癌的MSCT主要征象为:深分叶30例、棘状突起25例、空泡征5例、胸膜凹陷征8例、以及血管集束征7例。 结论 在周围型小肺癌诊断中,多层螺旋CT征象起着重要作用,多层螺旋CT扫描对诊断周围型小肺癌具有很大价值.

     

    Abstract: Purpose: To explore multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) manifestion of peripheral small lung cancer (PSLC) and evaluate CT diagnostic accuracy of MSCT in lung cancer. Materials and methods: MSCT signs of 40 cases of pathologically proved lung cancer were in were studied retrospectively. Results: PSLC of 40 cases had one of the following patterns: adenocarcinoma(32), squamous carcinoma(5), small cell carcinoma(3). Among 40 cases with PSLC,main sign on CT were found to be deep lobulation sign in 30,marginal speculated sign in 25,vacuole sign in 5, pleural indentation sign in 8, and vascularnotch sign in 7. Conclusion: MSCT signs of PSLC play an important role in the diagnose,it can improve the accuracy to diagnose PSLC.
