脑血管病变多层螺旋CT血管造影三维成像技术的应用

The Application of MSCT Angiography 3D Imaging in Cerebrovascular Diseases

  • 摘要: <b<目的:</b< 评估多层螺旋CT血管造影在脑血管疾病诊治中的价值。 <b<方法:</b< 对20例脑血管病患者进行CT血管造影检查,应用后处理工作站进行脑血管三维重建,显示病变解剖关系。 <b<结果:</b< 全部20例病变其中动脉瘤10例,动静脉畸形8例,脑血管狭窄2例均经手术及DSA证实。其中一例动脉瘤手术证实,DSA未检出。 <b<结论:</b< CT血管造影三维重建可全方位显示脑血管,具有微创、安全、可靠、费用低廉等特点,适合于手术计划制定、术前定位及随访。

     

    Abstract: <b<Purpose:</b< To evaluate the MSCT angiography 3D imaging in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. <b<Methods:</b< 20 patients with cerebrovascular disease were studied with CT angiography, using 3D reconstruction of cerebral vessels by post-processing working station to display anatomy of the disease. <b<Results:</b< Within 20 patients, aneurysm 10 cases, AVM 8 cases,cerebral vessels narrowing 2 cases(confirmed by DSA and operation). One aneurysm was confirmed by operation,not detected by DSA. <b<Conclusion:</b< CT angiography 3D reconstruction can omnidirectionally show cerebral vessels, it is a microtraumatic,safe and reliable methods and need less money,suitable for pre-operation planning, localization and follow up.
