一种工业CT的短裂纹群扩展检测新方法

A Novel Testing Way for Collective Short Cracks by Industrial CT

  • 摘要: 常规无损检测方法难以对构件内部短裂纹的启裂和扩展过程进行有效的监测。工业用计算机断层成象(ICT)作为一种先进的无损检测手段,有着其它常规无损检测方法所无法比拟的独特的优越性。本文采用近年来在工业CT和疲劳断裂研究方面取得的最新成果,提出一种基于图像密度场的疲劳短裂纹扩展监测新方法。实验证明,该检测方法能得到更为准确的寿命预测精度。

     

    Abstract: Regular NDT(Nondestructive Testing)methods cannot monitor the initiation and expansion process of short cracks inside components effectively.As an advanced NDT method,ICT(Industry Computed Tomography)has some particular advantages which regular NDT methods do not have.Therefore,adopting the latest achievements of recent study on industry CT and fatigue fracture,this paper presented a new supervision method for short fatigue cracks propagation based on density field analysis.Experiment has proved that the proposed method could achieve more precise life prediction of components.
