16排螺旋CT在颈动脉海绵窦瘘诊断中的应用

Application of 16-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Carotid Cavernous Fistula

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨16排螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)在诊断颈动脉海绵窦瘘中的应用价值。材料与方法 分析18例颈动脉海绵窦瘘病例。对受检者行颅脑CT平扫及CTA检查,采用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)技术处理图像。结果 18例均海绵窦扩大.动脉期眼上静脉显影并扩张,8例动脉期大脑中静脉显影并扩张。其中一例同时合并左侧大脑中动脉动脉瘤。结论 16排螺旋CT血管造影对诊断颈内动脉海绵窦瘘有重要的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Object To study the value 16-slice Spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of carotid cavernous fistula. Material and methods 18 patients with carotid cavernous fistula were examined both with routine CT scanning and CTA,all performed Volume Rendering(VR),Maximum Intensity Projection(MIP)、Multiplanar(MPR). Results : Under Reconstruction,enlargement of cavernous sinus and development and enlargement of superior ophthalmic vein happened in 18 cases,development and enlargement of middle cerebral vein occurred in 8 cases at the arterial phase. A aneurysm was located at left middle cerebral artery in 18 cases. Conclusion 16-slice Spiral CT is of great value in the diagnosis of carotid cavernous fistula.
