肠系膜上动脉与腹主动脉间隙面积测量及其与体重指数的关系

Measurement of the Area of Superior Mesenteric Artery-aorta and its Relationship with Body Mass Index

  • 摘要: 目的:通过CT增强图像测量肠系膜上动脉与腹主动脉间隙面积,并评估其与体重指数(BMI)的相关性。资料与方法:行腹部CT增强检查的538例非肠系膜上动脉综合征患者,根据体重指数及性别各分成4个级别(Ⅰ级:BMI<18.5 kg/m<sup<2</sup<;Ⅱ级:BMI 18.5~24.9 kg/m<sup<2</sup<;Ⅲ级:BMI 25~29.9 kg/m<sup<2</sup<;Ⅳ级:BMI ≥ 30 kg/m<sup<2</sup<)。结果:男、女组间隙面积与BMI均呈显著正相关(<i<r</i<=00.50、0.55,<i<P</i<<0.01),间隙面积与BMI分级均呈中等相关(<i<r</i<=00.43、0.45,<i<P</i<<0.01)。随BMI增加,该间隙面积增大。结论:通过肠系膜上动脉与腹主动脉间隙面积和BMI呈显著正相关,可以为诊断SMAS提供参考值标准及筛查依据。

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and the area of superior mesenteric artery (SMA) -aorta (AO) by enhanced CT scans. Methods: 538 patients referred for abdominal enhanced CT scans without clinical evidence of suspect SMAS were included. The patients were divided into four groups according to BMI (group 1:BMI <18.5 kg/m<sup<2</sup<; group 2:BMI 18.5~24.9 kg/m<sup<2</sup<; group 3:BMI 25~29.9 kg/m<sup<2</sup<; group 4:BMI ≥ 30 kg/m<sup<2</sup<) in both genders. The relationships between the area and BMI as well as BMI category of different genders were analyzed. Results: For both females and males, there was significant positive correlation between the area and BMI (<i<r</i<=0 0.50, <i<r</i<=0 0.55, respectively, <i<P</i<<0.01). The correlations between the BMI category and the area were moderate positives (<i<r</i<=0 0.43, <i<r</i<=0 0.45, respectively, <i<P</i<<0.01). The results showed a positive correlation between BMI and the area. Conclusion: The area measured by enhanced CT scans significantly correlates with BMI in normal population. The mean values can be used for the screening and diagnosis of superior mesenteric artery syndrome.
