MSCT对腹腔石胎的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Multislice CT of Lithopedion in Peritoneal Cavity: A Case Report and Review of Literature

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨腹腔石胎MSCT的表现,进一步提高对该病认识。方法:结合文献复习,回顾性分析一例被我院确诊的石胎患者的临床资料、MSCT轴位图像及后主处理(MPR、MIP、VR)图像的特征。结果:石胎MSCT轴位图像显示为腹腔内混杂密度肿块,以骨骼组织及钙化组织为主,胎体四肢长骨形态清晰可见;后处理图像直观显示胎体内发育较完善的胎儿骨骼系统及胎膜钙化的影像。结论:MSCT对腹腔石胎具有较高诊断价值,特别是后处理技术能更直观地提供石胎的特征性影像学表现。

     

    Abstract: Objective: to evaluate the characteristics of MSCT imaging of 1ithopedion in peritoneal cavity so as to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods: The clinical presentation of a 1ithopedion patient in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively and axial, MPR, VR, MIP imaging characteristics of MSCT about 1ithopedion were summarized with reference to literature review. Results: The cases of axis of MSCT probably have shown in the image to see a mixed density with clear boundary, which mainly see bone and calcification tissue; limb long bone was clearly emerged. it was directly displayed with post processing image in the spine, rib, and limb long bone, calcification of embryolemma. Conclusion: MSCT imaging of 1ithopedion has high diagnostic value; especially post-processing techniques can directly provide 1ithopedion imaging characteristic.
