Abstract:
Objective: To explore the value of imaging diagnosis of intraductal papillary carcinoma of breast CT. Methods: To collect 4 cases of clinical operation confirmed intraductal papillary carcinoma of breast CT image data, all female, age 68-84 years old, average 76.25 years old, medical history in 6 months~1 years, all unilateral, sporadic neoplasms. Results: 4 cases of CT as a single tumor, diameter 2.8-5.0 cm, cystic, showing round, edge finishing, cystic wall local irregular thickening, scan wall nodule showed are medium-density, marked enhancement after the liquid part, not enhanced, wall enhancement. Axillary and subclavian no significant increased lymph nodes. Conclusion: intraductal papillary carcinoma of breast cancer rare types, enhanced CT has characteristic imaging findings, can make accurate diagnosis.
