摘要: X射线数字成像系统广泛应用于工业无损探伤领域,其分辨率是整个系统最重要的技术指标,直接决定了系统的检测精度和适用范围。本文以构成成像系统的各个组成部分为出发点,详细剖析了每一个组成部分自身的分辨率以及构成整个系统的分辨率,并将它与系统放大率的关系绘制成函数曲线。最后,以电子工业中BGA器件焊点的X射线自动检测系统为例,来说明如何选用系统部件来构建高分辨率的X射线数字成像系统。Abstract: X-ray digital imaging system is applied to industrial Non Destructive Testing fields widely.Resolution is the most important technology index in the whole system,which directly determines detecting precision and application scope of the system.This paper introduced various components of the imaging system as a starting point,analyzed each component and the whole system's resolution,discussed relationship between resolution and magnification of the system and drew their function curves.Finally,it explains how to build high resolution X-ray digital imaging system illustrated by the case of BGA solder joints of X-ray automatic inspection in electronic industry.
