Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual endoscopy to the diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign bodies.Methods:20 cases of bronchial foreign body,1 case tracheobronchial foreign body,1 case of congenital tracheal bronchial dysplasia,1 in children with benign tracheal line of multi-slice spiral CT examination and three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual endoscopy showed tracheobronchial lesions;three-dimensional reconstruction techniques include multi-planar reconstruction, maximum intensity projection, minimum intensity projection, surface shaded display and volume rendering,CT virtual endoscopy of the tracheobronchial foreign bodies in the display and bronchoscopic findings consistent.Results:Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual endoscopy can accurately and intuitively display the tracheobronchial foreign body location, size, shape, density and degree of obstruction.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual endoscopy can be an accurate assessment of tracheobronchial foreign body,is an accurate non-invasive diagnostic method for the clinical treatment of the image data to provide intuitive, and the higher the value of clinical diagnosis and guidance.
