Application of STIR Sequence in The Lesion of Knee

摘要: 目的:探讨STIR序列在膝关节损伤中的应用价值.方法:56例病人行常规TSE序列扫描,其中20例加用STIR序列扫描. 结果。13例半月板损伤,9例骨折,11例半月板退变,2例骨膜炎。结论:STIR序列对膝关节损伤的冷断具有特殊价值。

Abstract: Objective: To study the value of the short T₁ inversion reeovery(STIR)sequence inapplication of the lesion of knee. Methods: 56 cases wer examined with routing sequence, amongwhich 20 cases were scanned with STIR sequence. Results: 13 cases wer meniscus lesion, 9 fracture,11 meniscus degeneration and 2 cases were arthrmeningitis. Conclusion: STIR sequence is of specialvalue to the diagnosis of the lesion of knee.
