摘要: <b<目的</b< 文中分析了X线平片、CT及MRI征象并与手术病理对照,总结骨巨细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现及其特点。 <b<材料与方法</b< 收集经病理或活检证实的16例骨巨细胞瘤。 <b<结果</b< 显示CT、MRI可以提供比X线平片更全面的影像学信息。 <b<结论</b< 综合运用以上检查方法将大大提高骨巨细胞瘤诊断的准确性,并且能够为临床提供更全面的影像学信息。

Abstract: <b<Objective</b< In this report,Diagnosis of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone with CT,MRI. <b<Materials and Methods</b< The plain film and CT,MRI signs were reviewed and compared with pathological sections in 16 patients with surgery or biopsy-proven giant cell tumor of the bone <b<Results</b< indicated that CT,MRI provide much more comprehensive imaging information than plain film. <b<Conclusion:</b< Colligation exert upwards of examine, it will be success greatly advance to diagnose the giant cell tumor of bone and provide more information for clinic to pro-ride fuller of medical image.
