CT Diagnosis of Special Metastasis Tumor

摘要: <b<目的:</b< 分析转移瘤的特殊CT表现,提高CT对转移瘤诊断能力。 <b<方法:</b< 对32例经手术病理证实有原发肿瘤,头部、盆腔、肝脏、肺部出现转移的病例进行回顾性分析。 <b<结果:</b< : 头部转移瘤的特殊表现为结节状及斑片状钙化性转移;盆腔、肝脏转移瘤斑片状钙化性转移;肺转移瘤的特殊表现为钙化性转移、空洞及空泡样转移。其中头颅结节状钙化性转移15例,斑片状钙化性转移5例;盆腔及肝脏斑片状钙化性转移各1例;肺空洞样转移6例,空泡样转移4例。 <b<结论::</b< 结合临床和CT征象,可对表现特殊的转移瘤做出正确诊断。Abstract: <b<Objective</b< To analyze the special CT images of metastatis tumor for the purpose of improving CT diagnostic ability. <b<Materials and Methods</b< Thirty-two cases with primary tumor and lung or head or liver or pelvis metastasis tumor by operations and pathology were reviewed. <b<Result</b< The Special CT findings of head metastasis can be devided into two types,tubercular metastasis was found 15 cases, prophyritic metastasis 5 cases; The Special CT findings of liver metastasis show the prophyritic metastasis 1 case; The Special CT findings of pelvis metastasis show the prophyritic metastasis 1 case; The Special CT findings of lung metastasis can be devided into two types,cavernous metastasis was found in 6 cases and vacuolar metastasis was found in 4 cases,prophyritic metastasis 1 cases. <b<Conclusion</b< Consulting to clinical expression and special CT findings,a precise diagnosis could be made in cases of metastasis tumor with special manifestations
