摘要: <b<目的</b< 探讨CT对原发鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤(N-NHL)的诊断价值。 <b<材料和方法</b< N-NHL病例7例,男性5例,女性2例,CT轴位与冠状位扫描。 <b<结果</b< 原发鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤CT表现为鼻腔肿物,鼻甲骨质破坏,上颌窦内侧壁破坏等表现。 <b<结论</b< 鼻腔肿物伴鼻甲及相邻结构骨质破坏,应提示原发鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤。Abstract: <b<Objective:</b< To disicus CT value on the N-NHL. <b<Methods:</b< 7 cases of the N-NHL,male 5 cases,female 2 cases.all have done scaning of CT axis and coronal. <b<Result:</b< N-NHL display of CT: Tumour on the nasal cavity,bone destroy on the nosepiece,and the same display on the border upon frame. <b<Conlusion:</b< Tumour on the nasal cavity,bone destroy on the nosepiece and he border upon frame,N – NHLshould be hinted.
