摘要:
<b<目的</b< 探讨小脑星形细胞瘤的MRI表现,提高对本病的诊断水平。 <b<方法</b< 回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的31例小脑星形细胞瘤的MRI资料。 <b<结果</b< 实质瘤体型7例,瘤在囊内型10例,囊在瘤内型13例,1例表现为完全囊性,31例均表现不同程度的梗阻性脑积水表现。 <b<结论</b< 小脑星形细胞瘤具有特征性,增强扫描有助于病灶检出和定性诊断。术前诊断是可能的,但需与血管母细胞瘤、髓母细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、转移瘤相鉴别。
Abstract:
<b<Objective</b< To investigate the MRI finding of cerebella astrocytoma and to improve the diagnosis ability for this disease. <b<Methods</b< The MRI findings of 31 patients verified by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. <b<Results</b< Among 31 cases of cerebella astrocytoma,there were solid type in 7 case,tumor in cyst type 10 cases,cyst in tumor type 13 cases.In addition,1 case represected absolute cyst type.All cases were in company with obstructive hydrocephalas. <b<Conclusion</b< MRI findings of cerebella astrocytoma are characteristic and contrast-enhanced scan was helpful in detection of the lesion and characterization of the disease.The disease can be preoperatively diagnosed,but it should be differentiated from hemangioblastomas,medulloblastoma,ependymal tumor,metastasis.
