多层螺旋CT三维成像技术观测植物根系的实验研究

Experimental Study on Observation of original shape of Crop Root System with Multi Helical CT Technology

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在作物根系观测中的应用价值。方法:选取有代表意义分别种植在3种不同生长基质共九个花盆中的三种作物,将作物根系连同基质、花盆一起利用多层螺旋CT机进行容积扫描,把获得的作物根系图像的容积数据导入CT3D工作站,利用机器设备所附带的图像后处理软件MIP、SSD、MPR、VR对图像进行成像。经处理过的图像由两位CT专职医生和两位植物根系研究人员对图像质量进行评价。结果:采用多层螺旋CT成像技术能够实现植物根系原位形态构型的定性观察和定量测量。结论:多层螺旋CT可作为一种原位、快速、准确、无损观察作物根系构形的方法;几种CT成像方法中,以最大密度投影(MIP)成像法图像效果最好。

     

    Abstract: objective: To study the value of multi – helical(slice) CT with 3D reconstruction in the observation and measurement of original shape of crop(plant) root system. Methods: Nine flowerpots of three kinds of crop which were growing in three different culture mediums were scanned with multi-slice CT(MSCT), The volume parameters of the root system of the 3 plants were transferred to the CT 3D workstation. Soft wares including MIP,SSP,MPR and VR for the processing of the figures were employed to construct the images. The images were evaluated by 2 physicians specialized in CT and 2 agriculture specialists. Results: The attempt to get in situ plant root images was made with using MSCT imaging technology and implemented visualization of plant root growing in different medium. Conclusion: The root system of plants cultured with organic media can be shown with MSCT,and MIP is the most effective software to display the root system.
