A Low Profile Monopole Antenna for Breast Cancer Imaging

  • 摘要: 本文利用基于两层双共轭梯度-快速傅立叶变换的矩量法研究了一种新颖的宽带微带单极天线,该天线具有低轮廓特性,尺寸为24×31.7×1.6mm3。设计的天线具有宽带特性,在3.1GHz到11GHz之间的反射系数S11<-10dB。详细探讨了上述天线的设计步骤和测试结果,结果证明该天线可以用于乳腺癌成像。
    Abstract: In this paper, a novel wideband microstrip-fed monopole antenna with a size of only 24 mm×31.7 mm×1.6 mm is studied by the method of moment based on the two-level hi-conjugate gradient-fast Fourier transform method. The antenna has a wide bandwidth ranging from 3.1 GHz to 11 GHz for Sn11〈-10dB (S11 denotes the return losses). Details of the proposed antenna design approach and measured results are presented and discussed, which can be used for Ultra-wideband applications in the area of breast cancer imaging.
