摘要: 冠状动脉CT血流储备分数（CT-FFR）能够从一次冠状动脉CT血管成像（CCTA）扫描中获得形态学及功能学信息，实现冠心病的“一站式”评估，成为临床应用及研究的热点。本文就CT-FFR的技术原理、临床应用价值及未来展望等进行综述。

Abstract: Coronary CT angiography-derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) offers comprehensive assessment by providing both morphological and functional information from a single coronary CT angiography (CCTA) scan. Its clinical application and research have gained considerable attention. This paper reviews the technical principles, clinical applications, and future prospects of CT-FFR.
