影像组学在评估嗜铬细胞瘤术中血流动力学不稳定的研究进展

Advances in Radiomics for Predicting Intraoperative Hemodynamic Instability in Pheochromocytoma Surgery

  • 摘要: 嗜铬细胞瘤临床表现多样,手术切除是其最佳的治疗方式,但术中HDI难以有效评估。CT是其定位、诊断及疗效评估的重要手段;近年来,基于CT的影像组学研究在肿瘤的鉴别诊断、分型、生物学行为以及术中风险评估等领域内展现出巨大的优势及应用前景。此外,通过瘤体特征建立的组学模型有助于建立一个辅助精准医疗的可靠且无创的替代方案。本文旨在探讨CT影像组学对嗜铬细胞瘤术中HDI的应用及价值,并帮助更多相关科室医生更好地了解影像组学相关的研究成果。

     

    Abstract: Objective Pheochromocytomas present with diverse clinical manifestations, and surgical resection is the optimal treatment. However, intraoperative risks are challenging to assess effectively. Computed tomography (CT) imaging is a crucial tool for localization, diagnosis, and predicting therapeutic efficacy. In recent years, radiomics research based on CT has demonstrated significant advantages and potential applications in tumor differential diagnosis, classification, biological behavior assessment, and intraoperative risk evaluation. Moreover, the development of omics models based on tumor characteristics offers a reliable and non-invasive alternative to guide precision medicine procedures. This study aimed to explore the application and value of CT radiomics in the intraoperative risk assessment of pheochromocytomas, assisting physicians in related departments to better understand the research findings associated with radiomics.
