Abstract:
Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) are relatively low in the incidence of pancreatic tumors, yet they hold manifold features and biological behaviors. Since preoperative fine needle aspiration sometimes presents false negatives or cannot be accurately graded due to tissue sampling limitations, preoperative imaging differential diagnosis and grading are of great clinical significance. In this paper, we will carry out a summary on the research progress of imaging diagnosis and pathological grading of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
