Abstract:
Objective: To explore the value of CT tomography and CD24 detection in the early diagnosis of sinus carcinoma. Methods: 50 cases of sinus cancer were selected from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital, and 50 cases of sinusitis patients as the object of study of this group; all patients were treated with nasal sinus CT scanning combined with CD24 detection, with the pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, analysis of sinus CT scanning, alone and in combination with the diagnosis of CD24 sinus carcinoma. Results: Using CT computed tomography diagnosis were positive in 48 cases, CD24 positive were 51 cases, parallel combined diagnosis were positive in 59 cases, a series of combined diagnosis were positive in 40 cases; series of sensitivity and negative predictive value of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of each index of individual diagnosis (<i<P</i<<0.05), the specificity of parallel combined diagnosis and the positive predictive value was significantly higher than that of the diagnosis index alone (<i<P</i<<0.05); ROC curve area and series parallel combined joint diagnosis of paranasal sinus carcinoma was significantly higher than the index of individual diagnosis (<i<P</i<<0.05). Conclusions: Preoperative CT scan and CD24 detection can improve the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic efficiency, and is of high clinical value.
