Abstract:
Objective: Analysis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas in children of multi-slice CT features, Improve preoperative diagnostic accuracy. Methods: Clinical data and MSCT images of 7 patients with SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the tumors were single, 3 were in the head and neck of the pancreas, and 4 were in the tail of the pancreas. The long diameter is 3.1~9.6 cm, with an average of 5.9 cm, the boundary is clear. 5 cases with alternately solid and cystic component and 2 cases with predominantly cystic component. 1 case accompanied by calcification, 1 case with hemorrhage, 2 cases with distal pancreatic duct distension, and 1 case with peripancreatic lymph node enlargement. The enhancement of the solid part of the scanning tumor was progressive enhancement, and the cystic area was not enhanced. Conclusion: The MSCT expression of SPTP in children has certain characteristics, combined with clinical history, the preoperative diagnostic accuracy of the disease can be improved.
