Abstract:
CT perfusion imaging is a noninvasive functional imaging technique which can reflect the changes of tissue and organ hemodynamic by calculating the Variety of contrast concentration per unit voxel in unit time. It has important value in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic effect of the disease. At present, the application of CT perfusion technique is the most widely used in the central and upper abdominal organs and the liver perfusion is most mature. This article reviews the principles, advantages and clinical value of CT liver perfusion.
