Abstract:
Objective: To investigate Multi-slice Computer Tomography Enterography(MSCTE) evaluate Crohn's disease activity index(CDII) and the Harvey-Bradshaw Index(HBI) correlation. Method: Select from July 2014 to March 2016 two hospitals confirmed by pathology CD 30 patients for the study, after HBI score, MSCTE scan, score table to evaluate Crohn's disease activity index based on CD image index, comparison CDII and HBI difference CD activity classification and correlation. Conclusion: CDII and HBI difference in the classification of each CD was not statistically significant(
P > 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis CDII and HBI in CD activity at all levels were significantly correlated. Result: CDII and HBI was significantly correlated with a higher clinical value.
