胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的影像学诊断及研究进展

Imaging Diagnosis and Research Progress of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

  • 摘要: 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pNET)在胰腺肿瘤的发病率中相对较低,但其具有多样的特征和生物学行为。由于术前细针穿刺存在假阴性,或因组织取材局限无法准确分级,因此术前影像鉴别诊断及分级具有重要的临床意义。本文将主要对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的影像诊断与病理分级的研究进展方面进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) are relatively low in the incidence of pancreatic tumors, yet they hold manifold features and biological behaviors. Since preoperative fine needle aspiration sometimes presents false negatives or cannot be accurately graded due to tissue sampling limitations, preoperative imaging differential diagnosis and grading are of great clinical significance. In this paper, we will carry out a summary on the research progress of imaging diagnosis and pathological grading of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
