Research Progress in Risk Assessment of Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms

  • 摘要: 颅内动脉瘤破裂可导致致命性蛛网膜下腔出血,其发病机制及破裂机制至今尚未完全阐明。有的动脉瘤终生不破裂,且无明显临床症状或仅有轻度临床症状,可不予特殊处理;有的动脉瘤于青年时期即可破裂出血,甚至危及生命。因此,颅内动脉瘤破裂风险或诱发因素评估对是否提前采取干预治疗及治疗方案的选择具有重要临床意义。

     

    Abstract: Rupture of intracranial aneurysms can lead to fatal subarachnoid hemorrhage, its pathogenesis and the mechanism of rupture has not been fully clarified. Some aneurysms will not rupture in lifetime, no obvious clinical symptoms or only mild clinical symptoms, which need not be special treatment; some aneurysms can rupture in young ages, even life-threatening. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to assess the risk factors and the inducing factors of intracranial aneurysms rupture.
